Indian politics has always been running on money. It buys support, but Mulayam literally displayed this in one campaign trip. Where this money came from is not the question here. The fact that money being distributed openly to poor voters, making the temptation prone poor citizens just buyable commodity , shows the attitude these so called leaders have to the common man.
